ORA-600[qctcte1] When Gathering Dictionary Statistics (Doc ID 2549250.1)

Symptoms

ORA-600 [qctcte1] error is seen during execution of dbms_stats.gather_dictionary_stats as part of database upgrade from 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.4.

Incident trace file shows following SQL:
