how to determine what roles are in use by all user sessions?

Being a DBA I can query v$sessions to see the current sessions.
I can query dba_role_privs to see what roles are assigned to user accounts.
I can query session_roles to see what roles I have set in my current session.
How do I see what roles are currently set for other user sessions? when We have a role with a password which is set in a program.

In other words:

SESSION_ROLES describes the roles that are currently enabled to the user but only for the current user, and will not give the details of the other users.

how to list all the enabled roles for other sessions as well?
