Install Oracle Client 18c /19c GUI hang at "[nativesystem.WindowsNative.Native] Reading from the pipe" messges. (Doc ID 2550706.1)

Symptoms

Install Oracle client 18.x/19.x hang on the first GUI and no any errors prompt on the GUI.

The installation log repeat the following messages.
