DG Configuration: DG1201

REMOVE DATABASE via DGMGRL fails with ORA-16991.

DGMGRL> REMOVE DATABASE '<DBNAME>';
ERROR: ORA-16691: cannot remove a configuration member that is specified in a RedoRoutes property

Changes

RedoRoutes property is defined against target database which is removed by "REMOVE DATABASE".
