Symptoms

Instance Critical Process (pid: 7, ospid: 299752, DBRM) died unexpectedly
PMON (ospid: 299263): terminating the instance due to error 56710

Failing functions kgskdbrmrecalc  

 

 

Also, 

 

If the consumed CPU time reported in the v$rsrcmgrmetric table is
significantly different from the consumed CPU time being reported in the
v$sess_time_model table, then this bug may be occurring.

BUG 18781086 - VT STARTING CPU CONSUMPTION TIME IS IMPROPERLY UPDATED IN SOME CASES.
