Symptoms

Seeing the below message in the DB Alert-log file for every 20 minutes but the Database is functioning normal and working fine.

Daily every 20 minutes error messages in alert_log:
Errors in file <DIAG_DIR>/trace/<SID>_j000_10078.trc:
ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job "SYS"."KWQICPOSTMSGDEL_1553469205"
ORA-06576: not a valid function or procedure name
