Symptoms
Database is crashed with ORA-00372. Below is the snippet from the alert log entries.
Errors in file /<path>/..dbw4_38303.trc:
ORA-00372: file 34 cannot be modified at this time
ORA-01110: data file 34: '/<path>/...261.1006858737'
