Wrong Result In Spatial Query Using SDO_FILTER (Doc ID 2558987.1)

A query using SDO_FILTER is returning an incorrect result. After the spatial index on the queried table is rebuilt, the correct result is returned.

The problem occurs when geometries in the table are set to NULL, then set to a geometry in the same transaction.
