Symptoms

You are performing a SELECT using PARALLEL and it is failing with the following error:

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ksqgtl:glob_flg_cnvt], [TS], [1], [18], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

The stack trace output is similar to the following:

kxfpProcessError <- kxfpProcessMsg <- kxfpqidqr <- kxfpqdqr <- kxfxgs <- kxfxcp <- qerpxSendParse <- kxfpValidateSlaveGroup <- kxfpgsg <- kxfrAllocSlaves <- kxfrialo <- kxfralo <- qerpxSetupAndAllocSlaves <- qerpx_rowsrc_start <- qerpxStart <- insExecSubQueryIni <- insExecStmtExecIniEngine <- insexe <- qes3tExecSQL <- qerleStart <- selexe0 <- opiexe <- kpoal8 <- opiodr <- ttcpip <- opitsk <- opiino <- opiodr <- opidrv <- sou2o <- opimai_real <- ssthrdmain <- main

You  have tried setting event 10384 (alter session set events '10384 trace name context forever, level 16384';) to run the statement serially, but this too fails.
