Symptoms
On 11.2.0.4 an Oracle Text failed to index / search html with special chinese symbol,
If the html contains a special symbol (e.g. the symbol for 'wong'), then the symbol is not searchable using the contains() operator as it was in Oracle 9i.
The Oracle Text index was created with the Chinese_vgram_lexer defined in the Index DDL.
