Dropped XDB Object In Recyclebin (Doc ID 2559396.1)

Symptoms

DB was upgraded from 11.2.0.3 to 11.2.0.4 recently, and dba_recyclebin was purged before the upgrade.
After upgrade, 500+ XDB objecte were dropped  in dba_recyclebin.

The XDB component status is VALID, but the object with original_name of the dropped XML objects is missing.

Is it safe to purge the XDB objects in dba_recyclebin?
