Standby RAC Database Crashes During TDE Setup (Doc ID 2561870.1)

Symptoms

Setting up TDE on RAC with STANDBY RAC. Created the wallet, keys, verified wallet was open on primary and standby. Created an encrypted tablespace. Verified it existed on standby. When loading data into the encrypted tablespace for the first time, standby crashed.
