Symptoms

When trying to create a backup of a MySQL Server instance with a keyring other than keyring_encrypted_file and the port number is not 3306, the backup fails if the port number has not been provided explicitly to the mysqlbackup command and it is not available from a MySQL configuration file. An example of the error is:
