Goal

Disable static key ciphers on Exadata cell nodes image version less than 19.3

A vulnerability scan is reporting "TLS/SSL Server Supports The Use of Static Key Ciphers" on Exadata Storage cell nodes.

TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA
TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_CBC_SHA256
TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256

How to disable those ciphers?
