Symptoms
Post application to OJVM PSU 11.2.0.4.190716, the postinstall script(i.e. postinstall.sql) fails with the following error :
Changes
The nls parameter 'NLS_DATE_LANGUAGE' is set to 'SPANISH' in the database environment. The OJVM PSU 11.2.0.4.190716(<patch 29610422>) has been applied followed by running the postinstall script.
