Detecting if LACP is configured on a switch from a session on the host (Doc ID 2572195.1)

Purpose

Running this script will detect if LACPDU packets are being received by the host from the switch.  It also evaluates the packets to see if the LACP Rate is set to slow or fast on the switch port.
