Oracle Database 19.4.0.0.0 DBRU or later
Oracle Database 19.3.1.0.0 DBRUR or later
Oracle Database 19.3.0.0.0 DBRU or later




Symptoms

When attempting to apply patches to your 19c environment with Opatch, the following warning is displayed:

"Skip patch <bug#> from list of patches to apply: This patch is not needed.”
