In 12.2, New Trace Files <instance_name>_ora_.trc are Getting Generated During ON-COMMIT Mview Refresh (Doc ID 2575987.1)

Symptoms


After upgrading database to 12.2.0.1, You may seeing a large number of trace files <instance_name>_ora_.trc being created in the diag directory . The files all contain entries such as:

--- Content of that trace file -----

 Each Session (Upon COMMIT) is creating an extra trace file <instance_name>_ora_<pid>.trc  in trace location. These Traces files are not getting generated in lower version like 12.1.0.2.

Database Upgrade to 12.2.0.1
