Symptoms
The following errors occurred in the alert log and generated a incident trace
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [jzntGetOrdinalityColValNEW()+10] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x7F660C1E8DA0] [PC:0x36B050A] [Address not mapped to object] []
The Call Stack Trace in the same incident trace file shows:
