Symptoms

NOTE: In the images and/or the document content below, the user information and data used represents fictitious data from the Oracle sample schema(s) or Public Documentation delivered with an Oracle database product. Any similarity to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental and not intended in any manner.

After Upgraded non-CDB database to 19c and trying to convert to PDB. When running the command:

CREATE PLUGGABLE DATABASE my_pdb USING '/path/pdb_desc.xml' MOVE tempfile REUSE;

The session is hung and throwing ORA-600 errors.

CDB alert log showing several errors (i.e. ORA-12801).

ORA-65169: error encountered while attempting to copy file
ORA-12801: error signaled in parallel query server

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [2901], [0], [64], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], [], []

Note: If only 29332763 fix is applied, there will be corruption errors such as below. So patch for 29399046 needs also be applied (see solution).
