DB/ASM instance got restarted during Storage Server reboot (Doc ID 2581305.1)

CSSD received SIGSEGV when Storage Server was rebooted.

When Storage Server was rebooted,

- CSSD crash with slaac_int in the stack
- ASM instance terminated with ORA-495

This problem occur during Storage Server reboot.
