ORA-600: Internal Error Code,arguments:[1234] reported on physical Standby Database during Managed recovery on AIX

Symptoms
Primary Standby configuration .
Encryption enabled on the tablespace .
Database version is 12.2 and above
The platform is AIX/POWERPC (or it could be HP-UX/Itanium).
On the standby, recovery had been running fine, but then suddenly
multiple recovery workers report internal errors. The errors are
various, eg:
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [1234]
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kturdb_0]
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktbair1]
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [ktspfredo-3]
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kdxlin: sno out of range]
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [6856]
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kdourp2()+3652]
In the ORA600 parent tracefile:
- the top of the tracefile has the message:
Error 600 in redo application callback
- the CHANGE vector (which was being applied at the time) is dumped
at the top of the tracefile, and it shows:
- the header indicates the change vector is encrypted "ENC:1"
Dumping the redo involved may sometime report ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kdolmdmpkdog], [0], [], [], [], [],
