19c RUNNING IMPDP WITH OS AUTHENTICATION PROMPTS FOR A PASSWORD (Doc ID 2582307.1)

Symptoms

 "/ as sysdba" is used to connect to Oracle via expdp and impdp in Oracle 11g, 12c, 18c. There was no Password required to connect to the Oracle database.
In 19c (19.3.0.0.0) a Password is requested, "Password:" is prompted,but also wrong and empty passwords are accepted to connect.

Changes

 The problem can be seen in fresh 19c db version
