bdacheckcluster Incorrectly Reports that the MySQL Server is Not Running on the MySQL Master nor on the MySQL Secondary/Backup

Symptoms
Note: In the examples below <HOSTNAME3> is the cluster node with the MySQL Master role and <HOSTNAME2> is the cluster node with the MySQL Secondary/Backup role.
bdacheckcluster may report that the MySQL server is not running on the MySQL Master nor on the MySQL Secondary/Backup like below:
ERROR: MySQL server is not running on MySQL master node <HOSTNAME3>
ERROR: MySQL server is not running on MySQL backup node <HOSTNAME2>
ERROR: MySQL server is not running on MySQL backup node <HOSTNAME2>
However checking the status of the MySQL server on both the MySQL master and MySQL Secondary/Backup indicates that it is running on both hosts.
