Starting ESS Managed Server Shows Error " A JAXB error occurred during unmarshalling" (Doc ID 2583734.1)

After an unexpected reboot of windows box, when ESS managed server which is part of SES is started, below errors are seen in the logs though server comes to RUNNING state.
