The purpose of this document is to present customer various means for deep analysis of the cause for absence of registration and proposes solutions to this problem.

We describe various reasons and propose means for identification of the cause of problem, as well as solutions.

Usually, once problem is solved we suggest customers to connect to database as SYSDBA and execute: ‘ALTER SYSTEM REGISTER RECONNECT’
