Symptoms
KUP-04095 error occurs when querying an external table, which uses a preprocessor script (eg. ls_la.bat) that calls another Windows powershell script.
Following is an example of such error. In this example, batch script "C:\temp\ls_la.bat" calls a powershell (ps) script.
Calling powershell script from external table preprocessor worked without problem in release 11.2, but in 18c and 19c it started to raise these errors.
