Wrong Results From Index Organized Table (IOT) Using Secondary Index (Doc ID 2589388.1)

Symptoms

Wrong results from Index Organized Tables (IOT) under following scenario:
1. Index-Organized Table (IOT) with multi-column primary key populated with rows.
2. The table has a secondary index on the sub leading column of multi-column primary key.
3. Another column is added to the existing IOT.
4. Wrong result report for the newly added column when the secondary index is accessed.

Changes

When secondary index is created to the IOT.

There is a similar <Bug 14472647> reported but fixed in 11.2.0.4.
