Invalid DB Objects after Patching

Invalid objects on database following patching of non-prod database. These were sequence of patches applied...
1. DB Bundle Patch (July 2019) - 29596609
2. OJVM Bundle Patch (July 2019) - 30012911

Seeing the below error

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-29548: Java system class reported: could not identify release specified in classes.bin
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_JAVA", line 139
ORA-06512: at line 20
