Symptoms
A container database experiences ORA-04031 'unable to allocate xx bytes of shared memory' errors. It is noticed that allocations of KGLH0 and / or SQLA memory are very high, and at least one of the resident PDBs has one or both of the following parameters set:
SHARED_POOL_SIZE
SGA_MIN_SIZE
