ORA-39123 and ORA-29349 Errors in TTS Migration (Doc ID 2591473.1)

Symptoms

Initial execution of TTS failed and after the original issue was resolved TTS import was attempted again.
But some tablespaces have already been plugged in, and the process is getting failed with below errors:

 Errors being thrown after second (or later) attempt to run the TTS import.
