Unable To Delete An Instance On Cluster Node Using Dbca (Doc ID 2591557.1)

Symptoms

Having multiple instances running in a clustered environment, when trying to delete one of them got the following message.:

[FATAL] [DBT-05511] Specified database (DBNAME) does not exist.
dbca+DBT-05511+ACTION: Provide an existing database.
