ORA-28374 After Importing Encrypted Data (And Copying Wallet From Exporting Database) (Doc ID 2593834.1)

Symptoms

A Data Pump export was taken from a 12c database that was using TDE.  The import was loaded into another 12c database that was using TDE as well.

After the import, the new database reports "ORA-28374: typed master key not found in wallet" errors in the alert log, along with:

TDE was enabled on the new database before copying over the wallet from the old database (thus replacing the new database's wallet).
