Goal

When UTL_FILE_DIR parameter is specified in the init.ora or spfile, startup command raises ORA-32004 or ORA-32006 error, indicating that the parameter is deprecated.

 

Example:

 

However, when querying v$obsolete_parameter view, UTL_FILE_DIR is not listed as obsolete parameter.
