Purpose
This article is intended as an example configuration of the Access Manager
for CICS 9.2 or 10G (both 10.1 + 10.2) when using a remote Oracle database.
It provides first time installers of the Access Manager an actual working sample
that they can use and modify for their environment. This example must be
modified to accommodate the differences in z/OS environments and the standards
within each individual Information Technologies Shop.
NOTE: The data used below are not actual PRODUCTION or Customer Data. They are being used ONLY to demonstrate the problem/solution discussed in this note.
Scope
This article is intended for DBA, Systems Programmers or Applications
Developers who will be installing the Access Manager for CICS (AM4CICS)
in a 9.2, 10.1 or 10.2 Oracle environment on z/OS.
