Oozie Service Keeps Going into Bad Health with "HTTP Status 403 - GSSException: Defective token detected" (Doc ID 2598852.1)

Symptoms

In Cloudera Manager the Oozie service continuously goes into bad health.

On the host with Oozie role, Node 4 by default, the Oozie log file, /var/lib/oozie-cmf-oozie-OOZIE_SERVER-<HOSTNAME4>.<DOMAIN>.log.out, shows messaging like below:

HTTP Status 403 - GSSException: Defective token detected (Mechanism level: GSSHeader did not find the right tag)
type Status report message GSSException: Defective token detected (Mechanism level: GSSHeader did not find the right tag)
description Access to the specified resource has been forbidden.
