Goal
Upgrading the ODA directly to the newest version from an existing version may not be supported due to specific upgrade steps.
In order to upgrade the ODA certain releases require a specific pre-existing ODA release to upgrade from.
This note provides the required minimum patch-levels up to ODA release 18.7.
