Exadata Storage Cell - entire /opt/oracle filesystem content lost hardware repair + fsck
One of our X5 storage cells just had a RAID HBA replaced. Upon boot-up the /opt/oracle filesystem required 'fsck'. The entire content of /opt/oracle "was lost".
Is it possible to copy the content /opt/oracle from one of the storage cells? If copying is an option, what files need to be modified? (It looks like there are files in /opt/oracle/cell18.104.22.168.0_LINUX.X64_180821/cellsrv/deploy/config that may need to be modified).
If copying /opt/oracle is not an option, is re-imaging the storage cell our only option?
