Unable To Run Exachk - Exadata- unexpected error occurred (Doc ID 2601218.1)

Symptoms

"unexpected error occurred" still happens for all the nodes or specific node after exachk runs for hours. The customer is using 

"An unexpected error occurred. Please check '/opt/oracle.SupportTools/exachk/.exachk_070119_191749/exachk070119_191749_error.log' for more information. Run 'exachk' again with -debug and upload the resulting debug log along with output directory to an Oracle Support Service Request.

Customer downloaded latest exachk EXACHK VERSION: 19.2.0_20190717, but the issue persist. 

Customer tried to run exachk using the command below, but did not resolve the issue. 

exachk -excludecheck 39128FBB540C098AE0530D98EB0AFB1A (issue is not related to doc 2579937.1)

Changes

 The servers got moved from one data center to another recently.
