On : 12.1.0.2 version, Map Visualization Component

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After installing MapViewer Patch 30303973, now is not showing Manage TileLayer

Following errors appears in the internet browser console:

Uncaught ReferenceError: RTree is not defined
