Rebuild of Partition Index does not change the DEGREE in dba_indexes (Doc ID 2601470.1)

Symptoms

 Partition index (for both local and global)

The DEGREE of parallel index cannot be changed by rebuilding single partition index.

It will not change the DEGREE of the index, as it is not building the complete index, hence the degree defined at partition level does not modify the DEGREE at index level.
