Symptoms
User is not the owner of materialized with but only has select privilege on materialized view. Such user gets error while running query on materialized with option "ON QUERY COMPUTE".
For example:
User t_owner created a Materialized view TEST_ONQUERY_MV with "ON QUERY COMPUTE".
User t_test is given SELECT on TEST_ONQUERY_MV.
When t_test is querying the MVIEW with FRESH_MV hint, it is getting below error;
