MEB 8.0.11 fails with the following error:

Set SQL_MODE to contain ANSI_QUOTES and try to take a backup.

This was reproduced with "ANSI_QUOTES,NO_ENGINE_SUBSTITUTION" or just "ANSI_QUOTES".
