The issue is specific to ACFS installation on SLES 12 SP3 running Oracle 12.1.0.2
Symptoms
After kernel upgrade from SLES 11 to SLES 12 SP3 (kernel 4.4.176-94.88), ACFS installation fails with below error:
Before OS kernel upgrade, ACFS modules were up and running.
