Problem Description is explained with a below sample command:
The above command fails if we clone from 12.2 database to 19c database.
But, the same command is getting successful from 12.2 database to 12.2 database.
Note:
The databases are running on different servers with separate filesystem/storage. So, keeping the same location and same name for the Target PDB datafiles shouldn't be the problem.
