Symptoms

Error "ORA-46627: keystore password mismatch" happens while cloning / creating the TDE enabled PDB.

 

SQL> create pluggable database CLONE_PDB from pdb1@CLONE FILE_NAME_CONVERT = ('/xxxx/am/xxxx/xxxx/app/oracle/oradata/xxxx','/yyyy/am/yyyy/yyyy/app/oracle/oradata/yyyy') keystore identified by "<Source TDE Password>";

create pluggable database CLONE_PDB from pdb1@CLONE FILE_NAME_CONVERT = ('/xxxx/am/xxxx/xxxx/app/oracle/oradata/xxxx','/yyyy/am/yyyy/yyyy/app/oracle/oradata/yyyy') keystore identified by "<Source TDE Password>"
