Symptoms

RDBMS alert log filed up with following error:

(incident=36538):
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [kwqbmspqueue()+278] [SIGSEGV]
[ADDR:0x7FFE4CEBEFE0] [PC:0x7B77876] [Address not mapped to object] []
