How to Process Database Extended Support (EXS) Patch Requests when EXS Entitlement is not Setup on Customer's CSI (Doc ID 2608674.1)

Extended Support entitlement (EXS) is required for all Oracle Database 11.2 patches created after Dec 31, 2018 and all Oracle Database 12.1 patches created after July 31, 2019. If EXS is not setup on your Database CSI, attempting to download an EXS entitled Database patch from My Oracle Support will fail. This document will go over the different scenarios and provide direction on how to get EXS entitlement added to the CSI.
