Symptoms

After running DBMS_STATS.GATHER_TABLE_STATS (granularity=>'APPROX_GLOBAL AND PARTITION'), global level statistics of column histograms cannot be aggregated expectedly.

(Also, there are not any incorrect configurations or probrematic subsettings for statistics.)
