ODA: OAKCLI Commands Show No Output (Doc ID 2609517.1)

Symptoms

OAKCLI commands (e.g. show disk, show version, restart oak...) are not showing any output on node_1.
However OAKCLI commands work properly on node_0.
The oakd process seems to be running properly on node_1 and restarting oakd does not help.
